Communications & Brand Mgt

Communication strategy & execution for donors and club members. Club storytelling and branding. Set vision and direction for the club's digital identity, landed via our social media, web, and comms channels.

Legal Advisory

Bring non-profit legal experience to advise on operating procedures and risk mitigation to support the health of the organization and its impact.

Finance

Manage financial activity, monthly reporting, budgetting and set BBRC up for long term growth and sustainability.

Events & Partnerships

Develop and manage an epic events calendar including fundraising, team, and partner events.

Scholarship

Manage Scholarship program end to end. Budget, governance, application, review, allocation, and promotion. Amplify the BBRC brand through storytelling of scholarship recipient outcomes.

Tax Advisory

Bring non-profit Tax experience to optimize business operations and maximize impact on the Bronx community.

Media & PR

Amplify BBRC brand & impact through local and national media.

Operations

Create and manage a scaled operating rhythm for the BBRC to ensure highly efficient and effective team!

Development / Fundraising

Be the growth engine for BBRC to transform lives and the community through winning grants, and private donor mgt.

Social Media

Grow our reach and manage the brand identity through our vehicle to the community - Social Media. Establish a creative social strategy and bring our brand identity to life.

Associate Board Expectations:

Associate Board Roles are effective for 1yr term. The team has a monthly call and quarterly in person meeting to review goals/plans.

Volunteer Expectations:

Volunteers will work with associate board members on specific programs, events, and initiatives and can be a single event, initiative or program over several months. We'll work with you to find the perfect fit!
